This course is identical in content and topics covered to the regular 8 Week Ableton Music Production Course. Its only difference is that its run over 4 consequetive days as a condensed version of the original.
The 8 Week Ableton Music Production Course will teach you how to use software and how to make electronic music.
It follows a structured approach to music making that guides students through the steps in a logical straightforward manner that is easy to understand. Practical exercises and demonstrations will ensure students grasp software features and music making concepts.
The course will quickly show you how to use Ableton’s features and capabilities and then delve into the specifics of making your own songs and remixing other songs.
Audio editing and sample manipulation is just the beginning. You’ll learn how to use drum machines and synths as well as how write drum patterns, basslines and lead synth parts. Mixdown and mastering techniques will help you to complete a polished production.
All classes are hands-on and students are allocated class time to develop skills with instructor support. By the end of the course students will have:
