Nick Toth

Growing up in various countries as the son of an Austrian diplomat, Nick purchased his first set of 1200's at the age of sixteen, inspired by DMC World Champion Cash Money and the rising hip-hop phenomenon. After attending military service, university and art school; DJing in Austria and Italy and working with an Austrian hip-hop crew, Nick moved to Australia in 1995 to complete his bachelor of arts (communication) studies.In Sydney he has been heavily involved with the local hip-hop community and club culture, as a DJ/producer, radio host and DJ instructor.

Jono Fernandez

Meet Jono Fernandez. You might think you know him from such two-dimensional catchphrases as “progressive breaks prodigy”, “tech-funk pioneer”, or even the more recent “Ableton Live guru”, but if you were forced to sum up his career circa 2009 in three words they would be “expect the unexpected”. Because while Jono has been all of those things and many more in the past, these days you’re just as likely to hear him crafting future hip house anthems or big room bombs, schooling the next generation of producers in his beloved Ableton or contributing backing vocals (among other things) to his new band project Friends Of Mine.

Tim Walter

After many years DJ’ing with vinyl, CDs and Serato, I discovered Ableton Live. Since 2005 I have been exploring Ableton as a production tool and DJ platform. A healthy appetite for computer geekery helped me to enhance and modify control of Live in order to develop a complete DJ solution that I cheekily call the “mini-maven”.
My production efforts under the Rishi alias are more downtempo affairs that bring together traditional sounds of the East with the futuristic sounds of a technology driven era. I call it Tablatek and for me, it symbolises a balanced approach to life – utilising the wisdom of the old and a knowledge of the new. My Tablatek Soundtrack DJ Mix won both Judge and Jury prizes in the ALDJ 2008 DJ competition.

Danny Bonnici

Recently name checked as “one of the hottest names in dance music” by DJ Mag, over the past 6 years Danny Bonnici has been at the forefront of the world’s dance music scene.
Working with his band Nubreed to bring people the sound of now, Danny has amazed audiences with his raw stage presence and crowd-pleasing performances. Now as a solo artist he’s truly coming into his own with I-DJ Mag, Ibiza Online and DJ Mag all signing praises for his world-class production/engineering & dj’ing. What we know as true, they know also know: Danny delivers the goods; with his own style of dirty 4/4.

Eddie Rasguido

Australian Artist/DJ/Producer Eddie “EK” has gained a reputation as one of the nations unique talents in the art of Breakbeat. As a live act, DJ and producer EK combines his varied musical influences into a fusion of tuff beats, twisted electronic sounds and epic melodies that have won him support from some of the biggest names in the global Breakbeat scene.

Neil Ismail

Neil has been involved with electronic music production and turntablism for the last 15 years. Having grown up alongside the evolution of music production from hardware synthesizers and samplers to computer based music production, Neil has a solid understanding of hardware/software based music production techniques. As a turntablist Neil has worked with many bands and DJs on the decks including The Herd, The Brethren Crew, Sasuri Crew (Japan) and Little Aida (US). He also has degrees in Sound and Composition and Digital Media from COFA and has studied under many luminaries of the electronic music scene in particular Tom Ellard of the Severed Heads.

Gavin Martin

Gavin Martin is a Melbourne based dj, playing as label representative for Open Records, Vapour Recordings & Green Ant. Gavin has been djing since 1996, having in that time played at pretty much every major indoor & outdoor event in melbourne, as well as extensively interstate & overseas.
His current sound is constantly moving, evolving & shaping between influences of techno, tek house, progressive & anything with a forward thinking ear, dancefloor groove & subtle atmospherics & rhythms.
